Bamacor, Inc was established in 1992 with the merger of A&A Maintenance (found in 1983) and U&F Maintenance (found in 1981). We are locally-owed and non-union.

Bamacor provides janitorial services to commercial buildings in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County and Alameda County. We understand that our clients are unique, so the janitorial service is customized to meet the needs of each individual building. Furthermore, we maintain an emergency response communication system that is in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We currently employ approximately 80 janitors that cover over 150 job sites. All of our workers are Bamacor employees and we do not sub-contract out any of our work. This being the case, training our employees is a top priority. They are instructed on the proper uses and precautions of our cleaning chemicals. Employees are also fully versed on Bamacor's company regulations and safety procedures. In addition, the janitors receive continuous on-site training for our staff of experienced supervisors.

The janitorial supervisors are high experienced and knowledgable. They inspect the facilities on a regular basis and report on their nightly activities. This includes any problems the janitors may have encountered during the course of their shift. In addition to the supervisors, our customer service representatives periodicially inspect the buildings in order to provide an additional layer of supervision.

Bamacor carries General Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance. A certificate of insurance are used upon request.
